His Excellency Peter Cavendish, Ambassador of the Delegation of the European Union to Trinidad and Tobago, met with Sen. the Hon. Hassel Bacchus, Minister of Digital Transformation today, Wednesday 1 December 2021, and presented him with a copy of the commemorative publication "European Union and Trinidad and Tobago: Partnering for Sustainable Development – 2000-2020”.
The courtesy visit, also attended by Juan Luis Molinuevo, Programme Officer of the EU Delegation in Port of Spain, and several members of the Ministry's technical staff, furthered discussions towards exploring new digital cooperation opportunities and strengthening existing ties between the entities.
